BUILDING SEWER PERMIT APPLICATION
This permit application is for ALL users for new construction, repairs and disconnects. Print out application, fill out and mail or deliver to SCCLSD along with drawings and payment as described on application.
GREASE INTERCEPTOR PERMIT APPLICATION
This permit is for those who are preparing to install an outdoor, in-ground grease interceptor. Print out application, fill out and mail or deliver to SCCLSD along with drawings as described on application. There is no associated fee for this application.
SIGNIFICANT INDUSTRIAL USER PERMIT APPLICATION
This permit application is for Industrial Users only. This application must be completed in addition to a connection permit. You can print out the forms from the pdf format, fill them out and mail them, along with drawings and payment as described.
